While I always recommend using the latest in technology, the one thing that hasn't changed from the beginning of time is the simple "Thank You"! We get so caught up in future referrers, sending out emails, marketing to the masses....sometimes we forget to take a minute to Thank our Present Customers and those who have referred others to us throughout the year.
